I teamed up with my favorite makeup artist, Kerri Nicole, of Kerri Nicole Artistry to deliver a series of unique editorial and commercial images. Since people don’t belong in boxes, and most people don’t fall neatly into a single definition of “masculine” or “feminine,” we decided to capture this by embracing the mystery of androgynous beauty and fashion. Event Photography Raleigh- Total Facility Solutions

We recently photographed an event for Total Facility Solutions. Our event photography captured all aspects of the event including the speakers, facility interiors and exterior, walking tours of the facility, products and branding, and headshots. This was a great space to photograph and the people were awesome to work with! I really love the red corrugated wall that was used for the speaker’s background.

TransEnterix is a medical device company that is pioneering the use of flexible instruments and robotics to improve the outcomes of minimally invasive surgery. Specifically, they are addressing the challenges presented to patients, surgeons, hospitals and payers in laparoscopy and robotic surgery today. The company is developing a robotic assisted surgical system called the SurgiBot™. The system utilizes flexible instruments through articulating channels controlled directly by the surgeon, with robotic assistance, at the patient’s bedside. The flexible nature of the system allows for multiple instruments to be introduced and deployed through a singlesite. We had the recent opportunity to work on an inspiring manufacturing photography project with Rob Ennamorato from Blind Industries and Services Maryland, at their newest location in North Carolina (acquired from the Raleigh Lion’s Club Operations). Our mission was to capture the real-life action of the services that these hard-working and dedicated employees provide.

Blind Industries and Services of Maryland (BISM) was established in 1908 as Maryland Workshop for the Blind by the General Assembly to provide vocational rehabilitation, continuous employment, and other resources to blind adults of Maryland. In 2009, they entered into a partnership agreement with the Raleigh Lions Clinic for the Blind (NC) whereby BISM would manage the textile cutting division. This agreement prospered and expanded and in 2014 culminated in BISM’s complete takeover of all the manufacturing at that location.
